A safe, supportive atmosphere in which moms work together to adjust to the “new normal” that arrives alongside motherhood. This support group is also intended for moms who have passed the initial impact of the postpartum phase and seek a continuous, non judgmental space to share their experiences, ask questions, & feel relief from the many stressors of life specific to dealing with their child. In this welcoming and reassuring environment women learn and share strategies for enhancing their sense of well-being and problem-solving abilities in a therapeutic setting.
Little ones are always welcome.
